I’m a runner. I’m doing the Couch to 5k program, learning to run for the first time ever in my mid twenties. I’m using this blog to track my workouts and progress, connect to other people who are training with the same program as me, and keep a record of my fitness journey so I can hopefully someday look back on this and marvel at how far I’ve come. :)
